Yep and I believe it is 6 years so it's time to change it.

the advice you got is good. Since you are talking KMs, I assume you are in
Canada, which indicates a 'SEVERE' maintenance schedule. Somehow that 49th parallel makes a big difference.... Take that for what its worth... an ounce of prevention.....
