Default 1997 Civic in high water: advice please!

My college kid daughter's 1997 Civic was in water just barely above the
bottom of the doors(there was 1/2 inch or so in the floorboards).

I have checked the oil and transmission fluid dipsticks and see no water
but plan to change these anyway as precautionary measures.

The only other issue is a noise that sounds like a bearing noise from a
pully wheel or alternator that may or may not be related to the water.
She cannot remember if it started before or after the water was high.

Is there anything else I should be condcerned about? The car runs and
drives fine.

Thanks in advance for any advice you may offer!

Ron T
