This is, no doubt, a very simple thing, but rather than take a chance on
breaking something, I'm gonna ask somebody. In my defense, I only recently bought the car & it's my first Honda. All I want to do is change the headlight in a '95 Prelude. I've unplugged the wire &, clearly from the design, either the light itself twists to come out or the plastic retaining ring twists to release it. I tried both with moderate force; but (obviously) without success. Here's my question. Which part twists? Is there a release mechanism I need to press? TIA, J |

From my searches, it looks like the 9006 bulb turns counter-clockwise a bit (push in as you turn). http://apps.volvocars.us/ownersdocs/...95960_6_5.html -- TeGGeR® The Unofficial Honda/Acura FAQ www.tegger.com/hondafaq/ |

Ah, the old "push in" trick. The counterclockwise part was apparent
because of a tab stop preventing clockwise rotation; but I just couldn't move the thing with prudent brute force. Nice website BTW. Thanks. JF |
