Default 2000 Honda Accord right headlight.

Hi guys. I'm not to car saavy so sorry if this is a dumb question.
Recently my right headlight has gone out. The highbeams work perfect
but the right low beam doesn't. I also noticed that under the glove
compartment there is a disconnected biege/yellowish wire that has a red
tube/tape? attachment around the middle that is about 1 1/2 wide. I was
wondering if maybe all I have is a loose wire. I drive a 2000 Honda
Accord LX that i bought used about 7 months ago. Any advice will help.
Thanks.

The high beams and the low beams are separate bulbs, so you probably
just need to replace the low beam. Jiffy Lube can even do this for
you, but it's not hard.

There's lots of 'orphan' connectors under the dash of any car. Some for
diagnosis, some for options you dont' have. Your owner's manual tells
you how to change the headlamp, I think. Your dealer can get you a
manual, you can order one from helminc.com, or try this link.

On some Hondas you have to pinch REALLY HARD on the little triangles,
molded into the plastic sides of the headlight connector. That releases
the pins that hold the lugs into the connector.
