Dont' chop up the Honda's wiring harness. Get a harness adapter kit and
it comes with the wire descriptions printed on the bag. METRA is a good
brand. If your stereo gives trouble, or you sell the car, you just
unplug and stick the original stereo back in.

If I went to buy a used Honda and the owner had chopped up the harness,
I might just WALK AWAY, because if they would do that, what other
shortcuts have they done?
