My 86 prelude idles at about 2100rpm and, it has trouble restarting after
it is warmed up. Was thinking it might be carb problems??? Any
suggestions or ideas would be helpfull, thanks.

Have you tried to adjust the idle speed? Do you have carbs or injected?
