Default 85 CRX water leak

My '85 CRX Si has been leaking water into the back for several years.
I recently removed and replaced the sunroof and found that two of the
drain tubes were loose. I've got them sealed now, but the car
continues to leak. I can't find the source, but it all ends up behind
the drivers seat. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

If you were able to see the whole length of the drain tubes then it won't
be this:
but on my old BMW the tubes rusted through at the point that the
extensions
to the sunroof factory tubes were welded on. Reason is that the plating
on them was burned off by the welding! So rust through was inevitable.

I can see the benefit of making assemblies with short tube stubs but it
would have been a better job to extend then with plastic. I fixed mine
by threading a length of plastic tube down the drain and forced a washer
over the top end. Then just epoxied it into place so that the 'floor'
around the drain point offered a smooth path into the drain-tube.

Several models of Honda leak around the taillight gaskets. Have you
tried 'search' on google.com. ?

I have, and haven't found a deffinitive solution. I know the gaskets
leak, but the volume of water in the trunk (under the trunk cover,
around the spare tire) seems much too high for that to be the only
problem. I'm planning on taking another look at those tail lights over
the weekend.

The drain tubes are now connected, but they might be clogged.
Disconnect them and blow through them to make sure, if they are clogged
blow them out with compressed air.

The rear drain tubes connect to al elbow joint at the end, if the tube
becomes disconnected from the elbow joint it will drain into the trunk
so check that as well. If you have one, see section 14-32 of the CRX
service manual for a picture.

If the drain tubes are fine, replace the taillight gaskets and check
the rear window for leaks near the top. A friend with a hose on the
outside and you on the inside checking around should be able to
pinpoint it rather quickly.
