Default Ground clearance question/ aftermarket suspension/2001 civic/KONI

I will be getting the Eibach Koni Sports Pro Kit. All in one peice kit.
Eibach springs with koni sport shocks.

If i purchase this kit it will lower the car 1". Has anyone here
installed on a stock (stock rims tires)2001 Civic EX? I am worried about
ground clearance for speed bumps, driveway etc?

Any comments would help, thanx all.

if you want the car to genuinely be more "sporty" in handling, go to
kingmotorsports.com and order the mugen honda bushing kits and some
sport shocks. koni's are good, but so are others like kyb & bilsteins,
and they're cheaper. the springs are usually the same rating[1], even
when lowered, so shorter springs don't necessarily firm up the ride -
it's the shocks & bushings that do it. and stiffer sway bars.

if you don't care about grinding the bottom, attracting the attention of
cops or [expensive] premature tire wear [without also buying the camber
kits], go ahead and lower the car.

[1] as a comparative measure between spring types, count the coil loops
and measure the wire thickness with an open ended wrench, [e.g. a 10mm
wrench measures 10mm diameter spring wire just fine!] if the wire gauge
and the loop count is the same, the spring rating is the same. spring
steels are all pretty much the same modulus, so spring rate is only
really affected by wire diameter and length.
