You have to give more info before anyone here can help you.

What model and year? This concerns a power lock? If power lock, do the
other doors operate ok? Do you hear anything (like what might sound
like an actuator's 'clunk' noise) coming out of the door?
Or can you physically not open the door, not even manually or with a
key?

Duder, you got lucky. I just happen to have the service manual for the
ex-wife's 92LX <grin>

In the little plastic pocket where the inside door handle is, there is
a small round disk at the top left. Pry that out then remove the screw
underneath. Jiggle the plastic tray thing off the door handle.

The rod that is connected to the door handle goes right to the door
opening mechanism. Try pulling on that and see what happens. If that
does no good, then have someone push against the lock area on the door
edge from the outside, to reduce the locking pressure on the lock and
try again.

I suspect the grease has dried up in the latch and something is
springing or bending. The actuator rod has a few bends in it and if the
latch is really dry it might just be springing them straight.

Good luck. Let's know how you get on.

Dave

If the grease has coagulated too much because of the cold and is not
doing its job, I wonder what would happen if you parked the car in a
warm garage before trying this.
Not being familar with an accord door panel, but can't you just loosen
the door panel and move it? If not, find a slight opening to get to the
lock?
