Default Mirror on upside down

I have a review mirror that attaches to the wind shield. I glued with
2 part mirror/windshield attachment glue the the attachment plate to
the window upside down. How is the best way to get the attachment back
off the window so that I can reglue it correctly?
thanks

you might consider obtaining another "attachment" from the dealer and
glue this right side up to the one already on the windshield, then
mount the mirror to the attachment.

Do you know the manufacturer of the adhesive? If there is an 800 number
or URL on the package, I would try that first.
