Default 94 integra

hey i have a 94 integra and when the car switches gears it jumps and
sometimes the car accelerates but doesnt go anywhere the rpm gauge
jumps and makes a loud reving sound does anybody know wat the problem
and solution is

mileage?
automatic?
which gear[s]?
transmission fluid brand?
when was fluid last changed?
is this a sudden occurrence or gradual degradation?

As Jim has requested we need more info about your car. If you have
been replacing your transmission fluid as per the manual and using
Honda fluid you probably have a problem with the transmission. Does
the slippage get worse as the RPMs get higher or when you downshift?
You may have the same problem as my 95 Integra has. I've learned to
live with my problem since it isn't worse than when I got it from my
cousin.
