Accord LX 92, Temperature does not go up as before
All of a sudden the temperature gauge goes up a little and that is it. When
I am in traffic it idiling it goes up to a quarter as before. When start moving it goes down again. I checked my antifreeze reservoir and it was dry , filled it up. I will wait a few days and see if this was the problem. If this does not fix the problem, could it be a thermostat stuck in open position THanks for your help

The temperature gauge in my '93 Accord behaved in the exact same manner last winter. It also took longer than usual to warm up inside.

If it is starting to get warm before the temp gage comes up to normal, the T-stat is stuck open or partially open. Replace and life will be good again. Frank

Be sure to use Honda premix, but never tap water (hondacide). 'Curly'
