I am trying to locate the blower motor resistor to fix my 03 Pilot. I turn
on the A/C and the rear works, but nothing comes out in the front. I was
told to check the blower motor resistor first - but cannot find out where
it is.....

Don't SHOUT, it's very doubtful you HAVE a resistor pack in an 03 Pilot.
IF you turn the blower speed all the way to MAX (listen for click) and
still get nothing, you need to consult your owner's manual for the fuse
locations.

If you have (had) a continuously variable fan speed (like the CR-V)
there's a 'speed transistor' mounted into the heater body right behind
the glove box. Remove the retainer clips, lower the box, and you'll
probably be looking right at it, or at least at the connector and screws
that mount it inside the blower. Unplug the blower motor and remove
three screws, blower falls on floor (if the same as CR-V).

I can hear the motor running - but no air comes out at all -

what do I do then? will this need to be replaced? lost .....

Find a quiet place, and turn the key to position II. With the fan OFF,
try setting your controls to FLOOR, WINDSHIELD, VENTS. Listen and see if
it's opening and closing the various flaps that divert the air where it
should go. Try it with the fan on the lowest setting as well.

If the flaps aren't moving, check your fuses, according to your Owner's
Manual. You need to be able to explain what's really going on if you're
going to explain it to the dealer.
