Default seat belt beep

i have a 91 honda accord DX.
the PASSENGER side seat belt is stuck.
it's beeping constantly.

can i stop the beep if the seatbelt track is stuck in the middle of the
track?
i tried looking under the passenger side & i saw 3 plugs.
i unplugged the left one and the middle one but it was still beeping.
i couldn't get the right one unplugged & it was late & i was tired.

how can i get this to stop beeping? no one ever drives this car but me,
it's my work car, so i don't need a passenger side belt.

if i do have to fix it, anyone have an educated guess what they would
charge me at the dealership?

i did spray some wd40 in the track as well, but it's still stuck.
thx for anyone's help.

Read your owner's manual.

If you are in USA, you probably have a lifetime warranty on the
seatbelts. Wipe off the WD-40 and call the dealer.

i am in the USA. in Ohio!
that warranty would apply to the track too? we did take it to the
dealer but they were busy that day & grouchy, funny they didn't mention
this. i'll try to find my manual and look at it.

Check for a blown fuse. It's probably in the underhood fuse block on the
right fender wall.

we took out the right & the left fuse and both looked ok, they aren't
broken or blown. also, when the fuses were out it still beeped. any
other ideas?

Did you take it to the dealer for the lifetime warranty?

the seatbelt is stuck on the track on the passenger side. you really
think that would be covered?? i could see if the seatbelt strap was
ripped but this is the tracking on the door.
if you really think they'll fix it i'll give it a try. i just know how
the dealership wants to make money & i want to avoid them at all costs.
but i'll give it a shot if you think it will work. thx for the
followup.

hi, i just called our honda dealership. the man said the warranty
applies to the buckle & the belt but not the track. it would be about
2-300$ to fix it! i don't use this belt or seat though. any ideas on
how to stop the beeping? i did remove the left & center wiring under
the passenger seat but the beeping continued. i couldn't get the right
one off. maybe that's the one that controls the beeping? anyone know?
