Hi All
I just rebuilt my daughters 91 SI last winter, had one broken and one bent valve. New rings, valves, seals, gaskets, the whole enchelada. 2000 km easy break-in period, passed the emission test no sweat, then slowly started to use oil. Seven months later it is using about a litre a week, but no drips or leaks in engine bay, but it does smoke a little on accelerating through normal driving gear shifts. Anyone had this experience before??? and how to fix?. Appreciate any and all info Thank Ray |
