i just baught a 2000 Prelude and the owner installed before me this
HIDEOUS brushed aluminum dash bezel behind the plastic lens in my
dashboard. Anyone know how to remove the plastic cover so i can get at
this thing?

take the whole instrument cluster out - you can then access easily.
