Same here. In fact I have always used Prestone regular stuff (yellow
bottle with green colored antifreeze) but always diluted with distilled water. Never had a problem with the stuff in any of my Civics ('83, '91, '01). And my '91 is just over 156K miles and so far the pumps (original pump upto 110K and the replacement one, to-date)have been fine.
