Thanks for everyones input. I talked to the mechanic at the dealer. He
says that he fills it through the dipstick. In fact he says he fills all the V6s this way, because the factory torques the ATF fill hole pretty high. I used your standard ATF filler funnel with a flexible hose and then put a short amount of rubber hose on the end, it fit directly over the dipstick hole and I could pour stuff in as fast as I wanted to.
