I have a '97 Civic and the bolt holding the license plate was siezed
to the nut inside of the front bumper. In trying to loosen the bolt, the nut in the bumper came loose and now I think I'll have to remove the front bumper to get to the nut on the backside. I can't see how I can drill it out if I can't get a grip on the nut in the back. Is is very easy to get the front bumper off? The tech manual I have seems to make it look easy. How do I deal with the foam inside? (Cut it away?) Thanks in advance for any help. BTW, I am pretty much a novice when it come to cars. |
