I have noticed that over the past few days my '95 Civic (5-Speed, manual
transmission)is a bit hard to shift, then shifts abruptly and makes a metallic scratching noise as I press in the clutch. The scratching noise makes a similar noise as if something metalic was being dragged by the vehicle. Does anyone know if this sounds like a clutch problem or an expensive transmission problem? Thanks, I am not savy with autos and always feel vunerable at the mechanic. |
