Our radio/climate control interface "died" this week. The
unit still works, however the backlighting is gone. Has this
happened to anyone?

Hi. The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago and I've gotten some help
from these newsgroups. Search for these threads in alt.autos.makers.honda

2003 Accord Radio Display Problem

2003 Accord EX-V6 stereo backlight is out

Also, I can send you a copy of the Honda Service Bulletin that someone
forwarded to me. Send me your email address and I'll forward the document.

The dealership wasn't too helpful (not my regular dealership
since I've moved) so I'm calling Honda Customer Service tomorrow.
