I have a '90 Civic LX and the rear suspension makes a clunk or knocking
noise, usually when braking It also makes a creaking noise when going over bumps. It has 102,000 miles on it. I know my trailing arm bushings are cracked and that I need to replace them. My question is, would worn trailing arm bushings cause a clunk or knock? I know that they could cause creaking noises, but knocking or clunking? If you know that that is likely caused by worn trailing arm bushings, or wouldn't, please respond. Thanks, WW |
