2003 Accord Ex Cpe v6.... with 6 disc in-dash changer.

Does anyone know what the actual specs is for the LCD screen
on this console? And if the LCD can output color if I were
to manage to hook a PC/Laptop up to it?

If it can't take input from an external source, does anyone
know of any comprable replacement? Hence, my first question
of the size of the screen.
