Simple questios: To change the hubcaps on my 03 Civic LX,
do I need to take off the wheels lugs or do they snap on and off.

Im certain you will have to remove the lugs first.

Are you asking about wheel covers for non-aluminum wheels?

the hubcaps are locked in place by the wheel lug nuts.
