What problem am I having if my sport light (Green) keeps flashing while I
am driving? It is not pushed in to activate the sport gear. Also the check
engine light comes on shortly after the sport light comes on.

The flashing S light means that the tranny computer has detected some sort
of problem.

Does you speedometer work while this is happening? Does the car shift ok?

chk to see if your speedometer works or acts erratic if so you might have a
faulty electrical part of the speed sensor
