I saw a couple of posts a few weeks ago about people experiencing the smell
of gasoline with their Hondas when the weather was cold - but the thread died I guess, because I saw no more - and no one offered an explanation, only the experience I too have experienced this once and am rather concerned it must mean that some gasoline is leaking or escaping - and although the cost of the gas is a factor, more important is the fire hazard - with me, the smell lingered for 15 minutes or so (though some of the time could be explained by trapped air or lingering evaporation) could there be a place that would vent off excess pressure - though why would there be excess pressure? ?? Dave. |
