Our new Honda FRV persistantly drifts to the left despite new tires and
tracking. The garage let us try the demonstrator model and it also
drifts to the left.
They say this is normal.
Any-one else having this problem?

Road crown? Drive on a motorway in the far right lane and see if it drifts
to the other side.

get it checked by someone else - someone that knows what they're doing.
i've had dealers tell me it's normal too. absolute rubbish. they
just hate having to do work at their expense.
