I had the exact thing happen today on my '00 EX Coupe v-6. What was
the problem? I thought it would have been the battery too.

The original post has expired off my server, so I can't see the exact
question that was posed, but when I first test-drove my 99 EX V6 at the
dealer a couple of years ago before buying it, all of the dashboard
lights flashed and then stayed on. The dealer replaced the alternator as
part of my agreement to buy the car, and the problem hasn't recurred
since then.
