Does anyone know if the balljoint can be pressed out or if the complete
upper arm needs to be replaced?

Aftermarket balljoints are available from NAPA or other outlets and can be
pressed into the old A-arm. OEM only comes with a complete A-arm.

Buy the whole arm. I've had joints pressed in come loose when they
shouldnt have. I've also had the rubber come apart in the joints that
connect the arm to the strut tower.
