Hello

I'm considering replacing the factory installed CD player that came with my
'99 Accord EX V6 with one that can play MP3s as well.

Are there any issues I should be concerned about ? For instance, is there
anything (lights ? keyless entry ?) that would stop working ?

No 'issues', just be sure to get a harness adapter so you don't have to
hack up the factory wiring...
