Rapid RPM fluctuation FIXED!!!!!
I have a 1994 Integra with 223,000 miles....
It has had a cold idle rapid fluctuation at startup for over 2 years. It was getting worse and worse so I finally addressed the problem.. After several of the trouble shooter things like radiator vaccum and "leaks" in the vacuum lines we decided to buy the "fast idle control" (Part # 16500-P0A-A51) for $80.00 and so far .....one week of cold starts.....THE FLUCTUATION HAS STOPPED!!!!!! Hopefully this was it but until it gets really cold.....I will keep my fingers crossed! Neil
