Rapid RPM fluctuation FIXED
1994 Integra....223,000 miles
Had a cold idle Rapid RPM fluctuation (1800-2300) until warmup Tried the suggestions in this newsgroup( radiator vacuum, clogged iacv, etc.) Finally replaced fast idle valve (PART # 16500) and since this was done I have had no rapid fluctuation in RPM Was really bad in cold weather and we haven't had any real cold weather since installation about a week ago. The first freeze will be the real; test! Hopefully this was the problem! Keeping my fingers crossed Neil
