The fuse that controls rear window defroster, cigarette lighter, door chimes
etc has blown 2x in one month. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

A flaky cig lighter element may be shorting. I had this happen on a 75
Valiant, which also was on the same circuit as the brake lights. Not good!
Do you use it? If so, don't for a few days and see if the problem disappears.

Hookup a headlight in series in the fuse slot and start pulling the defroster, cigarette
lighter, door chimes and etc. The one that yield the brightest is the problem. Use an
ammeter if you have one.
