There is a drain hose that comes out of the bottom of that box, goes through the firewall and drains onto the road. It is clogged. Sometimes you can clear it by shoving a bent coat hanger up through it to move the debris out of the way. If you pull it off inside the car, make sure you have something under it to catch the water and debris that will pour out when you clear it. |
