Antenna makes "tacking" noise.
When the antenna goes up or down, it makes it "tacking" noise and it doesn't go out completely.
I tried cleaning it several times, or is it the little engine that is dirty and needs to be cleaned? I'm not sure how to get to the antenna engine.
