Does anyone know where i can get the factory alloy wheels that were an
option for 95 civic's? mine only has the plastic wheel covers

Check under accessories at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. It will
likely be expensive, so you probably will be better off finding a set of
nice looking after-market rims.

Check the paper / classifieds / eBay.. someone should be selling a nice
used set sometime.
