Default civic engine mounts problem

I recently replaced my clutch(re-surfaced the flywheel), replaced the CV
boots, and rear main seal in an 89 Civic Hatch DX 5spd, with 143k miles. I'm
not much of a mechanic, but things went ok. However after putting things
back together, I now have engine vibration occurring at idle and some while
accelerating. The clutch is fine, everything works great, but at idle there
is a shake. It's gotta be the engine mounts, but I don't know where to
start. The Chiltons book gave the order of torquing the mounts starting at
the rear, then the front, then passenger side and finally drivers side. Does
that seem right?

Should I simply start replacing engine mounts one at a time? The mounts all
seem fine, but ..........

Should I replace the Front/Tranny first? or Rear/Firewall one first??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance

Gary

on my prelude, there is a mount/dampener on the top that
had to be removed to get the trannie out. About a week
after we had done the clutch, I noticed a nasty shake. It
turned out that the bolt for this dampener had fallen out,
I must have not torqued it properly. Maybe your civic has
a similar thing?
