Indeed they do, I agree. Everyone is different, and attitudes mean a lot.
Considering car repair, there are those who go in expecting to be screwed,
so their attitude may very well be reciprocated. Maybe it's my
non-threatening demeanor and grateful attitude that has gotten me the great
service I've received over the years. I don't know for sure; I'd like to
think so. I also know that in other situations it makes no difference. I'm
sure I'll get screwed just like the next guy.

Lia Honda gave me a rental car for two days once...there was a strut
problem with my vehicle they didn't fix right in the first attempt. That
left a very positive impression...they did fix it right the second time.

happens to you.

Maybe you should re-read the original post, you moron. Time and energy? I
didn't say anything to the dealer about the tire pressure. And I never
RANTED at the dealer at all. I went in expecting the get the same level of
service I got at the other dealer.
