Default 2002 Civic-A/C Works intermitent

I have a 2002 Civic- 4cyl. that the AC works sometimes and sometimes not... I
took it in to the shop and they said they replaced a bad o ring and recharged
the system. I picked it up, drove it home (35 miles) and no cooling... Took
it back the next day, they said there was probably a bubble in the system.
They said it worked all day for them. Drove it home, worked great. The next
day it worked great. Yesterday it worked and then quit on a 200 mile round
trip. This morning it didn't work on the way to work.
Any ideas as to what I can suggest or look for myself?
Thanks!
tom

If it makes any difference the radio seems to have a buzz that was never there
before. I know that can indicate a grounding problem. I just don't know where
to start with this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to find another dealer for a second opinion.
