For the first time, I'm thinking about changing PCV valve on 89 civic.
I got trouble finding where the PCV is located. I think I've find that thanks to this group forum. When I followed the vaccum hose connected from PCV value to the throttle body (am I right?) to my suprise, I've found chunk of sticky dirt and oil at the end of that hose. Why chunk of dirt surrounded it mixed with oil? Is there a oil seeping from PCV value vaccum hose? I don't know much about PCV valve. Is it possible that PCV value vaccum hose is leaking? |
