Default FS Honda Accord 1997

Figure I'll try to sell my favorite car here first before anywhere
else.

1997 Honda Accord LX, "Bordeux" red, Grey interior.
5-speed Transmisson
New tint, New battery, new timing belt, new water pump (Got the big,
fat 100,000 mile work done on it)
17 inch wheels, 5 star design, brushed metal look, with a Honda "H" in
the middle, so they look semi-stock, not a "ghetto" look at all. On
the wheels are Yokohama Avids, about 6 months old (H rated, work GREAT
in rain, and they have even seen some snow, never miss a beat), TONS
of tread still on them.
Perfoamance exhaust, and performance intake, strut bar, magnacore
spark plug wires.
Lowered only 1.5 inches, Koni shocks and Eiback spring bought and
installed at the same time.
100,700 miles, still runs like a dream. Taken care of like a baby, oil
changed every 3000, tires rotated every 6000, radiator flushed every
365 days (I have the journals and reciepts to prove it all). The AC is
the coldest! And despite many accords having power window issues, this
one still rocks. And gets a solid 32 mpg on the hwy.

I have lots of pictures I would be more than happy to email you should
you be interested, seeing these pictures will help you appreciate this
car more. I am in the state of Alabama (Montgomery).

Asking $6,300. As much as it would break my heart to sell this car
that I do so love, my wife is having a baby, need a van. If seriously
interested, please email me at jbraly@NOSPAMbellsouth.net
(you know the routine, remove the word NOSPAM from my address, the
yahoo address is not legitimate) Or call me at 334-314-9421, that is
just voicemail, so be sure to leave your number. I can email you as
many pics as you wish.

Im sure ive left out some details that arent coming to mind right now,
if so, just email me, I'll probably not check posts to this posting,
so dont bother posting a responce here.
thanks!

Talk about your day late! I quenched my thirst for a manual tranny
yesterday. It was a strange day. I didn't wake up thinking I would be
buying a car, but there it sits in front of the house.

What I bought was a '99 Infiniti G20T Touring model with high freeway
miles (we live in Santa Clarita, so commute is a part of
driving...preaching to the choir, I know.) of 98,000. One owner, recent
clutch, tune up, _the owner's manual_, in good shape. Price: $7000. For
people not familiar with this car, its features rival my Lexus. Auto
climate control, *nice* leather seats, power driver seat, Bose stereo,
_a_nice_car.

What blows me away is the resale value of a Honda Civic-- my son's '99
Civic EX coupe with 80K miles has a higher book resale value than this
Infiniti!

Edmunds consumers gave the G20T a 9.3 rating with positive feedback on
its reliability, so I'm confident it will not let us down. It amazes me
that the Civic's resale value exceeds the value of this really cool car.
Granted there's the difference in the Civic having auto tranny vs.
manual in the G20, but since we wanted manual, it was a no brainer to
trade up to the Infinity for the same price as the Honda.

Honda's resale value is definitely something to consider when buying a
car.

I admit that I considered your car when you mentioned a while back that
you might sell it. But this deal yesterday was something I had to move
on or someone else would see the value and snatch it up. My husband
thought I was nuts until I brought the car home. He loves it too!

Mike, I have total confidence that when you go to sell your car, it will
be grabbed up by someone who knows the value of one ownership and a low
mile L.A. car. (How do you do that? Work 2 minutes from home?!) Our
model Civics are hot Hot HOT resale.

8 miles from home, and i ride a suzuki burgman400 to work. so the car is
only used on long trips or for shopping

extrapolating the data, this could very well be the last car i have
until i retire.

Did you get to see the History Channel's special on Motorcycles this
weekend? It was really interesting and to stay on topic, spoke of how
important the Honda motorcycle was to the overall industry.

I want a Honda 50! That looks like so much fun!
