99 accord windshield washer spray adjustment
Question: how do you adjust the height of the windshield washer spray
if it is pointing further down than you would like it. I also have a 92 civic and it is easy (ball joint with two holes - use a needle to position). This one has one vertical slit that seems to be encased in rubber. Any ideas? Thanks
