92 civic lx starting problems
my engine will crank but will run. i do not get the 2 second run when the
ignition is turned on just a CEL light. i have replaced the main relay and ignition switch with no results. one side of the main relay does power up and i can jumper the relay and force the fuel pump to run. any suggestions???
