Good day,

What sort of mileage either kilometers or miles would I expect to get on
average per tank of mostly highway driving?

I have a '93 Accord, which is like the '91. I usually get 32-35mpg on the
highway. I usually don't let the tank get below a quarter full (half full
in winter), but on one trip I did 700 km on 7/8 of a tank (all highway). My
car is an automatic and I use cruise control when traffic is not too heavy.

A couple of summers ago I was making almost weekly 600 mile (round trip)
road trips up and down I95 and getting around 32-35 mpg with my 91 LX

Interesting. I'm not getting any more than 540 kms (Very best) on a tank.
95% highway with a 5 speed doing 105 kms/hr and never shifting over
3000rpms. Any ideas what the cause would be?
