I was looking around for CD players for a Civic DX 2004
and just couldn't figure out what is compatible / fittable
and what is not. Are the later cars
and cd players universally compatible plug and play type
devices (Like my PC)? I would imagine if this is not the case
there would be a compatibility chart for every player?

Greatly appreciate any input as I am a total
novice in this area,

Describe what you have presently, and what it is you want to achieve.
Have you already bought the car?

Yes, thanks! Specifically I was wondering compatibility
of Kenwood KDC-X469 with a Honda Civic DX 2004.
