Default engine choices?

Last Saturday, I purchased a 1993 Honda Del Sol Si for $1200. The body
is in pretty good condition ;however, the engine is completely locked
up. So what are my options for another beyond just buying a standard
Civic engine. I would like some reasonable performance but I don't want
to spend over 3K.

D16Z6 (stock replacement) or D15B JDM VTEC.
A DOHC swap is gonna cost you $4000-4500 before you are done.

PS, WebTV still exsists??????
