Lately, the cold idle has been lower and lower when car is first started.
Only about 1200 RPM, and drops to 900 or so within the first minute of
idling - temp gauge hasn't even budged at this point.

Car has very low miles - only 20K - although mostly once a week highway
trips.

Any ideas? I see there was TSB in March '03 on idle speed measurement -
anyone know of a connection?

Outside air temp has a big influence on cold idle speed. Have the days been
getting warmer?
