An engine form an 80-83 civic with engine code EN1 will fit if you are
replacing the 1200. You need to use the 1200 engine mounts. The only mod is to make a bracket for the upper engine mount. If you are also using an 80-83 auto trans you will have to modify the engine bay slightly.
