In a previous post I wrote that Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach,
CA had refused to provide a loaner car while my 2000 Honda Odyssey was being repaired for a recalled transmission. The van eventually broke down on an unrelated issue and we took it to the dealer where they diagnosed the bad transmission and offered us a loaner car at their expense. While I still do not understand their initial refusal and the subsequent offer I do appreciate that, in the end, they came through with the service that I had come to expect from my Honda dealer. In future I will be sure to find out if this type of coverage is to be expected before I purchase another new vehicle. I never did get a response from the 20 emails I sent Norm Reeves. To all of you who offered their opinions and suggestions on this situation and my expectations; I thank you. To all of the nut jobs that seemed to just want to vent…your words fell on deaf ears. Best Regards Will Haney Original post: http://groups.google.com/groups?q=no...gle.com&rnum=1 |
