Hi,
The right wiper blade on my Accord is not working, I believe there is something wrong with the connection between the motor and this blade. Any clues as to how to go about fixing it myself. The whole thing seems to be hidden behind the vent cover and I am scared to take it off before getting some advice. Thanks, Alan |

Run the wipers and have a look at the shaft for the non-working wiper.
You'll have to remove the decorative cap to see it, and don't pay attention to the nut, just the threaded shaft inside it. If shaft is stationary, problem is as you suggest. If it's moving, the nut is loose or stripped. Try tightening. If you've run it that way for long, the splines on the shaft may be ground off, in which case tightening probably won't help. Another thing: what year?
